Iyanuoluwa is a Senior Project Manager with experience in Program management, Research and data analysis, talent management and mentorship, has a strong interest in Open government, Fiscal Transparency and Accountability, Public Finance, Public Policy, and Community Development. 

He has managed multiple projects, which led to advocating for better and more open governance systems, promoting transparency in the administration of public funds, and supervising the creation of new civic-tech solutions that bridge the gap between citizens and the government. 

In the span of 8+ years, I have led the establishment and management of the Civic Hive hub, written and co-published over 10 papers on topics such as COVID-19 financial audits, sub-national transparency, and civic education manuals, and led the prestigious Civic Hive fellowship program. With his experience in the project management cycle, skills in data reporting tools, roll-out and implementation, including the end-to-end management of projects, Iyanuolwa has coordinated projects with funding support from the US State Department, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, MacArthur Foundation, Open Society Foundation, Skoll Foundation, Conrad Hilton Foundation, and the Open Gov Hub, Washington DC. 

Iyanuoluwa through his platforms and work has trained over 100,000 people across the African continent on the importance of Civic Education, property education and the intersection between technology and governance, which has, in turn, led to an increase in socially conscious citizens. With these actions, Iyanuoluwa has contributed to reducing the gulf between citizens and the government, which has created social tensions, eroded trust, and increased inequality. This gave birth to the community champions initiative at BudgIT, which now cascades learnings to their immediate communities. Iyanuoluwa has also contributed to the Global Congress of Intellectual Property in Washington, DC; the Youth Bridge Foundation in Ghana, Zambia & Johannesburg; and E-commerce Priorities in Africa in Nairobi, Kenya. 

Iyanuoluwa with deep interests in seeing a world without poverty, volunteered with the Voluntary Services Overseas (VSO) for 6 months in 2015, focusing on training and reintegrating out-of-school children, building community Libraries, and creating safe spaces for children. 

A fellow of the Tony Elumelu Foundation, African Changemakers, the Pandemic Action Network, the US State Department, and Tobias. Iyanuoluwa has continued to hone my skills at creative problem solving, building novel solutions, and delivering rapid and sustainable impact at any given task. My expertise relies on a continuous interest in learning and leveraging new knowledge to tackle evolving challenges and opportunities. 

Iyanuoluwa is a graduate of Estate Management from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria. He has a distinction in Diploma in Evidence in Public Policy from the University of Oxford, Blavatnik School of Government, United Kingdom, and is currently an MPA candidate at Indiana University, United States.
